Since we are always looking to make our Swap Meet even better and more enjoyable to you, we decided to participate in this years NFMA (Nationale Flea Market Association) conference that took place March 3 and 4.
The owner Doug Bonelli, his wife Jeanne, and our Assistant Operations Manager Sandra Medrano flew to Las Vegas to share and exchange ideas with other Swap Meet and Flea Market owners nationwide as well as listen to presentation from various professionals on Special Events, Strategy in this economy, and Community Relations, just to name a few.
It was a very informative conference and we returned with many new ideas and improvements on how we can make your experience at the Saugus Swap Meet even more enjoyable.
Stay with us to learn more about our plans for this year...

Sunny Sunday
Despite yesterday's downpour today turned to be out a beautiful and sunny day at the Saugus Swap Meet. Our vendors didn't let Saturday's rain scare them away and showed up bright and early as always, ready to sell and bargain.
Shoppers were attracted by the beautiful weather as well and showed up in spring attire. Besides strolling down the aisles they were busy buying and taking advantage of all the great deals our vendors have to offer.
Kelly, one of our longtime vendors who personalizes t-shirts and license plate frames, returned to her usual two spaces in the Blue area close to the Metro Shopper Entrance after taking a baby break in January and February. (Congratulations once again) It seems that her customers had already missed her as she was busy printing orders all morning.
We are also happy to welcome a second bakery: Michelle's Golden Sweet Breads is the newest addition in the sweets sector and offers more variety on top of Stoneground Bakery. Both are located in the Green (Retail) section.
